Sanjay Dutt's lawyer Subhash Jadhav, who has accompanied him during him flight from Mumbai and then till from Pune prison, said that there is a confusion as news spread that the minister of state fof home has said surrender is not necessary till police gives their report and authorities decide Dutt's furlough extension data.
